Important: Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By subscribing to our services, you agree to this refund policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service
  • Service not functioning as described
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Request made within 7 days of initial purchase (first-time customers only)

3. Refund Schedule

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already consumed (API calls, token usage)
  • Subscription renewals (cancel before renewal date)
  • Custom development or integration work
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@bengalbookings.com
  2. Include your account email and order/transaction ID
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request
  4. Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation

6. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within:

  • Review: 2-3 business days
  • Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank credit: 5-10 business days depending on your bank

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access until the end of your billing period
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining period
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion
