We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with prior notice when possible.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of West Bengal, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
